How far in advance should I place my order?

While we are sometimes able to staff events on short notice, we encourage you to contact us at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our wait staff. We are very busy at certain times of the year, so to avoid disappointment, please book your staff as soon as possible.

How many servers/bartenders should I hire?
|

How much time should I allow for set up?
|
| The wait staff will need at least an hour before your event starts to set up a cocktail reception and 1.5 to 2 hours for a plated meal or a buffet. Allow 30 minutes to an hour following the event for clean up.

Does your staff need direction or can we just turn the party over to them?
|
Our Staff Captains can run your event from start to finish, but if your schedule is not that complicated, just tell the staff what you need at the start of the event and they can take it from there.

How much training does your staff have?
|
| Our Catering Staff have an average of one years' experience in food service industry. We conduct regular training to help our staff improve their skills.
|

Should I tip the wait staff after the party?
|
Tipping isn't necessary or expected, but it's always appreciated. If you wish to tip your staff, you can do it directly after the event is finished.

What should i do if my event get longer than was expected, and I need wait staff for additional hours?
|
Our quote is based on 5 hours minimum reservation. However, client reserves the right to hold wait staff for additional hours (up to 4h) following the event. (standard rates apply per hour). |
