Client must submit a quote form prior to staff booking or free quote request from Party Waiters LLC. This quote form contains personal information such as first and last name, email, phone number, event location and address. Client must submit this information in order to provide Party Waiters LLC with the necessary contact information regarding the event. Party Waiters LLC will use this information to contact client about staffing services, to offer a free quote or to provide further information regarding staffing or other business matters. In process or completion of staff booking, certain data may be available to our catering staff in order to staff client's event. Data such as event address, client name and phone number may be available to the staff assigned to client’s event.
2. ONLINE PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
When client submits an online credit or debit card payment through the Credit Card Authorization Form at www.cateringstaff.us, all credit or debit information including card number, expiration date, zip code and additional security information will be encrypted using the best electronic protections available. These include SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through our secure server powered by GoDaddy Inc., which is used by businesses worldwide to ensure maximum data security on the web. You can see whether a web page has a SSL certificate and uses the proper technology by looking for a lock icon on the bottom of most web browsers. If the icon is locked, your information is secure. In addition, secure pages are starting with “https://” in address bar of all web browsers.
